My child is - and Charlotte is lovely, she has to keep control of the class as there are kids in there that don’t listen and want to just mess about. Well I’m paying for lessons too! And I would like my child to have a lesson, not for it to be spoilt by kids who are disruptive. I think she does an excellent job. “Never visited this clinic before, but attended today for a blood test. Arrived early and from my first interaction at reception it was a relaxing and positive experience. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The lady who took my blood put me at ease, despite the fact I dislike needles and it took a couple of attempts to obtain a sample. These nerves were also helped as I arrived 15 mins early but was seen straight away.”

“To start with the post code is wrong it took us to Wolverhampton city centre. We arrived on time reported to the staff they didn't ask who we were and told to go and sit round the corner we were not sean until 10.00am our appointment was for 9.30am we appreciate that appointments can run over however it would have been nice if someone had spoken to us to apologise for the delay. Once we got in we had the information and guidance that we needed and one of use had two vaccinations we need to book another appointment for Mr Jewell to have his vaccinations which he couldn't on the day due to a couse of strong antibiotics. The attitude of some of counter staff was not very good and it has put us off from going back there.”

I went to 5 places in the area and they could not or would not order what I needed from my prescription I even heard the pharmacist say ooh that’s expensive we are not getting that. That was st marks road Tipton by the way. Anyhow the guy at Brutons was ringing around every where for me and managed to order the medication and even apologised for me having to wait til the next day. I told him I was delighted and could not thank him enough for the effort he had put into getting the problem solved. The next day the medication was waiting for me I cannot praise the place up enough. Thank you so very much”

“Good place to play football, the price for the astro is very good it costs £1 to play on the astro and in fact it’s not even a bad astro pitch it may be sandy but it isn’t that bad at all. When I went with my mates couple of lads offered us a match and they was good lads. I haven’t been in about a year but I would love to go back in fact I’ve once tried to play football there but i did see the gates closed and every time I go past I see it closed, hopefully it isn’t closed down. Best day I recommend going is on a Sunday as Sunday league matches are played there so it will be open and the Astro should be open as well.”
