Booked a malaria vaccine online, travelled from out of the area and was told they only do tablets and not the vaccine. I told her it was on the website and she agreed but nothing she could do

To start with the post code is wrong it took us to Wolverhampton city centre. We arrived on time reported to the staff they didn't ask who we were and told to go and sit round the corner we were not sean until 10.00am our appointment was for 9.30am we appreciate that appointments can run over however it would have been nice if someone had spoken to us to apologise for the delay. Once we got in we had the information and guidance that we needed and one of use had two vaccinations we need to book another appointment for Mr Jewell to have his vaccinations which he couldn't on the day due to a couse of strong antibiotics. The attitude of some of counter staff was not very good and it has put us off from going back there.
I was waiting for 30 minutes after my allotted travel vaccination appointment time, with no acknowledgement from staff that they were delayed, nor was I offered any kind of apology for the extensive wait, despite staff walking past me often. Fortunately, my appointment went swiftly and professionally once I was invited in. Regardless, I don't think I'll be returning for future appointments.
We required vaccinations for a special holiday, and chose M&B as they were reasonably close and good value. Their service was great as we had to chop and change times during the process, and the pharmacist who gave the jab was superb as we were almost unaware of it happening. We will certainly use the service again should we require it!

I’d struggled to locate the specific vaccine I required, however this travel clinic had it available and booked me in straight away. The pharmacist that gave me the vaccine was informative and thorough. Great efficient service. Thank you.

Needed a PCR Covid test/Fit to Fly certificate...quick and easy process which took about 10 minutes and had the results emailed to me the next afternoon! Would recommend.
