Steve was brilliant with Zazu with the first vaccination dose / microchipping / claw clipping, and good advice, all done in a matter of minutes whilst keeping Zazu calm :) Thank you for the best start for him, and the assurance that he's a fit and healthy little turbo puppy ;)”

“Never visited this clinic before, but attended today for a blood test. Arrived early and from my first interaction at reception it was a relaxing and positive experience. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The lady who took my blood put me at ease, despite the fact I dislike needles and it took a couple of attempts to obtain a sample. These nerves were also helped as I arrived 15 mins early but was seen straight away.”

“Went today for the first time, with a friend. I’ve had my lips done many times but it was my friends first time. Upon walking in very friendly, lots of forms to fill out with health questions, general questions, and information She asked what we wanted to get from the lip filler and explained what she would be doing and how much she used. I have never had lips so pain free before I felt pretty much nothing so that was a bonus. My friend loves her new lips and I got exactly what I asked for which was more volume using Russian technique. Very happy, came away with a little care package and aftercare advice Will be coming back in future - found my new lip lady.”

“Brilliant Vets. We recently had to take our kakariki Artie to rosewood vets. Dr Antonio (I believe his name was) was recommended by our usual vets as being very good with birds. We had been to see bird specialists in the past in Birmingham and had awful experiences so we were very nervous about taking Artie. The receptionist was lovely and the vet spoke to Artie like he was a person not just a bird (which we had not experienced in the past by bird specialists) so we felt very comfortable with him. He was very mindful about what was best for Artie and that birds can get stressed very quickly. He gave Artie some antibiotics and told us to call back the next day if he was still alive so we weren’t wasting money buying the whole course of antibiotics if he wasn’t going to live. He was very genuine and treated us like he cared for Artie just as much. Unfortunately Artie passed away so my mom called the next day to cancel the antibiotics. We have just received a sympathy card, which we weren’t expecting. We are so pleased with this vets! We will definitely take our other animals there. Nowhere else I would trust with my birds.”

“To start with the post code is wrong it took us to Wolverhampton city centre. We arrived on time reported to the staff they didn't ask who we were and told to go and sit round the corner we were not sean until 10.00am our appointment was for 9.30am we appreciate that appointments can run over however it would have been nice if someone had spoken to us to apologise for the delay. Once we got in we had the information and guidance that we needed and one of use had two vaccinations we need to book another appointment for Mr Jewell to have his vaccinations which he couldn't on the day due to a couse of strong antibiotics. The attitude of some of counter staff was not very good and it has put us off from going back there.”
