    I had a terrible experience at this salon. I went for a keratin treatment, trusting their service, but it turned into a nightmare. One lady (not the owner) was very rude while doing my hair. She was pulling my hair roughly and carelessly using the straightener — she even burned my ear. When I moved because of the pain, she rudely said, “sit properly!” instead of apologising. I was shocked hearing them talk in Punjabi about customers, thinking I wouldn’t understand. I was sitting there, my hair in their hands… My God, my feelings were completely hurt. The staff clearly didn’t know how to do the treatment, and the owner just said, “do it properly, we are charging from them, otherwise they will come back next week.” Just one week after washing, my hair became badly damaged and started falling. I contacted the salon many times, but the owner never responded. They clearly used cheap products, don’t care about customers, and I feel cheated for my money. Because of this, they lost a loyal customer. I honestly feel their salon will close soon if they continue treating people like this. I can’t understand how they can earn money by cheating and hurting customers. I’m very disappointed and hurt by how I was treated. Never recommend this place to anyone!

    Facial - I had the most amazing facial from Pam and eyebrows threaded by taj. I felt so good. Even another client commented when I came out how I looked glowing. The facial was amazing I felt my face need a good clean and massage and I felt I could breathe better as it helped me feeling congested. They made me feel so welcome. They are so accommodating here. If you want a really good facial treatment and massage I recommend this place it was just a simple massage nothing like the posh ones such hydra facial but I can honestly say this gave me a better result for 3/4 of the price. Il be going back with my mum as I feel ontop if the world. My face was glowing today when I woke up. Thank you
