Had my lashes and acrylics done in prep for a holiday, even managed to squeeze my daughter in and get her nails done too. Wonderful shop! Lovely and clean, prices are fab and the employees were super kind. Will be back :)
Had my eyebrows micro bladed with Sabrina , I absolutely love them , she explained in detail what she was doing and took her time to make sure they were level , I would definitely recommend Sabrina and any other beauty treatment she offers , thank you Sabrina
Technician explained in detail as to what procedures on offer, I explained what would want to meet my needs and she recommended what she thought was best, really glad I took her advice, my nails are fabulous.....thank you, I will come again..

The lady who tinted my eyebrows ruined the shape, charged me, hardly had a dark tint and made an excuse after- it ruined my eyebrow growth and she made a big gap in the middle! She kept telling me she never took out any extra hairs but went on to wax them! The salon hardly pick up the phone as well!

I had my nails done and painted here the nail varnish they used was so weak it smudged after leaving it for a hour to dry. I regularly have my nails done and have never had problem with nails smudging. I went back to radiance where they painted my nails again but this time used shellac and made me pay another £10. I was very disappointed I told the manager that it was her cheap nail varnish to which she replied it takes 24 hours to dry I was shocked paid the £10 so in total for hands and feet £42 rip off this is not London it is Tipton. I shall not be returning or recommending to anyone.
