βI started going to Lindi after I had severe pain in my left shoulder joint after my Covid vaccine, I had been in agony for 6 weeks when Lindi was recommended to me. Lindi was fantastic, after a lengthy consultation she came up with a suitable therapy which included massage and ultrasound therapy, within 1 session I could feel a huge difference and started regaining mobility in my arm, 3 months on and I am totally pain free and have full movement in my shoulder joint. I am continuing with regular massages which I love and are a fantastic relaxation method after a stressful day in work! I canβt recommend Lindi enough.β
