“I cannot praise crescent dental enough. The reception team are friendly and welcoming. You always get a text to remind you also they ring you the day before your appointment to confirm you are attending. The dentist (Jennifer)is lovely so are her dental assistants. I've always been scared of the dentist but not anymore. If your looking for a dentist I highly recommend the team at crescent dental. I have seen the negative comments and I can personally say that was not the case for me. All the staff are super friendly and I received the best care.”

“very kind caring nurses though i was a bit concerned about the safeguarding Team jumping to erroneous conclusions about safe guarding at our home as a reason to detain my daughter who rang me every day begging to come home and to be freed...however the excessive quantity of drugs meant that she appeared zombie like and therefore in the eyes of assessors was not fit to be freed!! I feel that the psychs are creating patients by over zealous use of meds that are proven to cause movement disorders such as Parkinsons and thus the patients appear to be drunk and shuffling along and so look mad when in fact they are being over medicated........as soon as I got my daughter relocated to Oxford her meds were halved and she became fully compos mentis again and so was released form a detention ordeal......it just shows that a sane person can be locked up and never freed due to the huge amounts of drugs making them appear not fully sane....my daughter has developed a blood reading CONSIDERED ABNORMAL DUE TO THE DRUGS AND IF IT DOES NOT RECTIFY ITSELF WE SHALL BE SUING................. but anyway lovely nursing staff who are doing their best”

“In our experience, this GP surgery is excellent despite current staff shortages. The doctors and nurses have always been professional, pleasant and caring, providing my elderly housebound mother with urgent attention when needed. The receptionists have always remained helpful, friendly and efficient (in contrast to the dragons experienced elsewhere, in the past). The responses to AskmyGP requests have usually been quick and always within a reasonable time (though it would be better if submission times were not so limited).”

“I saw the low reviews on this surgery so felt I had to leave a reviews and give 5 star it deserves. I moved here from another local surgery a few years ago after never being able to get an appointment. I have to say I am so impressed with the service. Ask my GP is a brilliant tool when sometimes you just need to ask a question or have some reassurance. This way you aren't clogging up the phone lines of someone with a need much greater. I have never had any issues getting an appointment, and all the staff have been friendly and helpful. OK the surgery is extremely outdated and in need of an upgrade but other than that I cannot fault them. Thankyou”

“Usually I don't need to contact the Dr's surgery but over the last 2 months I have had to phone 4 times. Each time the receptions have been amazing and really helpful. The first occasion I was provided with help and information over the phone and the other 3 times which is a recurring condition iv explained what's happening and they have got a Dr to contact me straight away. The call time can take a while but with so many people ringing what do we expect. I find as long as you are polite and respectful to them they will do everything they can to help. Everyone is stressed out and understaffed these days so a little understanding goes a long way.”
