“Really lovely experience with Saskia today. The setting was extremely clean and calming and Saskia was caring, friendly and very reassuring telling me I would be fine which made me feel really comfortable. The massage itself wasn’t painful it was just right and it definitely relieved a lot of the tension I had in my back, shoulders and neck. She even gave me some advice as I left to help with the pains I get in my lower back which I thought was really nice of her as it shows care and concern for her clients. She has recommended a hot stone massage for next time which I will be looking into for sure. Thankyou Saskia.”

She took the time to fully understand my reasons for wanting an acupuncture session and the health symptoms I've been experiencing. She then put me on a path to understanding the potential reason behind these issues, which 4 separate medical doctors I've seen this week were unable to do. The acupuncture session itself was great; she made sure it was the right level for me with it being my first time and considering the stresses and health issues I've been experiencing. The space itself was very calm and relaxing. It was also incredible value for money, given the level of attention I got and in comparison to other acupuncture services I've looked at recently. All in all I can't recommend Fiona and The Sun Clinic highly enough.”

After my GP ruled out anything serious, I started seeing Jarryd Bhambhani at One Life Physiotherapy Clinic in Brighton, and it’s been a game-changer. Jarryd takes a genuinely holistic approach. He didn’t just assess my physical condition, he also took the time to understand the wider context of my life, including stress, sleep, and daily routines. That made me feel truly seen and supported. He prescribed a tailored exercise plan including movements like glute bridges and squats, and we regularly catch up to review progress and tweak the plan as needed. He’s always encouraging, goal-oriented, and incredibly supportive. One thing I’ve really appreciated is his flexibility, on occasions where I had to reschedule last-minute due to my son being unwell, Jarryd was very understanding and accommodating. I feel like I’m finally making sustainable progress, and I can’t recommend Jarryd and the team at One Life Physiotherapy enough.”

“I met Jackie in 2019 when looking to help with nonsurgical rhinoplasty and have seen her for other treatments every year since. I am sooo glad I found Brighton Beautiful. Jackie is always very thorough with her consultation and she completely put me at ease the first time we met (especially as I was super nervous and afraid of needles!) I now will not see anyone else because Jackie knows exactly what is suitable for me. She always makes sure I have what i need to comfortably get through the treatment (a stress ball or bag of ice to squeeze!) - the treatments are mostly pain free anyway as products are used to help create a comfortable and pain free experience.
