“Can't recommend this Pharmacy enough. I booked a travel vaccination appointment the day before I went. On the day I was greeted by friendly staff and had a simple, yet thorough consultation on what vaccines were recommended. For someone who has never needed vaccinations for travel, I felt a bit confused when searching for information myself and the lovely pharmacist (sorry I don't know your name) led me through everything personalised to my trip. He also gave me advice post-travel which was really helpful. Thanks so much!”

“We have moved to polegate from Hastings and chose this vets purely on recommendation. We have 3 pets and cookie this yorkie is our oldest. She's 15 years old and starting to get poorly. This veterinary practice greets you on the phone with a cheerful and happy manner. When you visit the practice all the staff are so sweet, they are kind, caring, considerate, full of smiles and really make you and your pets feel welcome. I've seen 2 different vets now and both were really thorough and very informative. You don't feel rushed or like you have no idea what they are talking about. They really take the time to explain and put your mind at ease. I could not recommend them enough. We are going back on Wednesday for another procedure for our little cookie, and I feel totally at ease knowing she will be looked after properly.”

“I had a problem with my doh and came here. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. I had to wait a little bit but when I saw the vet she was caring and put out the options clearly. The treatment was about £1k to remove a lump from her ear.”

“Having not been to the dentist for 4 years, I was very nervous, but Caroline, the dental nurse, was absolutely fantastic. She held my hand throughout and made sure I was ok. My dentist, Sonya, was also excellent and explained everything to me. I had to undergo a tooth extraction, but Caroline & Sonya made the entire process as pain free and stress free as possible. “I attended the Urgent Medical Care unit today, SUNDAY 7th Dec, as my septic finger was becoming more and more swollen, extremely tender and extremly painful. Advice I had received the previous few days from two local Pharmacists of '. . Bathe it in hot salt water or TCP . .' and 'Apply a magnesium sulfate paste . .' were all tried but proved useless in curing the problem. The Receptionish and the Staff at the UMC were very polite and caring and in only 45 minutes I had been seen by Gary a very competent Nurse (apologies if a Doctor) who lanced and cleansed my finger, then carefully bandaged it and gave me antibiotics and further advice. THANK YOU ALL FOR A 5* SERVICE!!!”
