“Jake the bike mechanic went above and beyond to service and work on my bike. It went in a little worse for wear and came out better than it’s ever been. - upgraded my old handle bars to Aeros, - changed & re routing all the cables - wrapping new bar tape - adjusted the break and gear levers. - fixed my front mec - fitted a new rear cassette - fitted a new jockey wheel - gave the bike a ‘platinum service’ Throughout the service he kept me updated on how it was going and any recommendations he would advise. All in all a very diligent, knowledge and trustworthy man. 10/10 Many thanks Tom”

The colour of one pair was not in stock, was ordered for delivery at home and with me within a couple of days. The other shoes were in stock and taken home. Trying shoes on (with help!) and feeling the comfortability is the way to go. Most pleased.”

I particularly like the range of brightly coloured unusual patterned shirts that are a trade mark of this shop. Great personal service, with knowledgeable staff. They didn't stock what I wanted but he went on-line to find them and arranged free next day delivery from their warehouse. It took a matter of minutes and he was helpful and understanding of my lack of technical expertise in having to do something on my mobile relative to the order. I was so pleased as I had visited three other shops previously to be told 'Come back after our next delivery and we might have some' or just a curt 'No we haven't got them'.
