“Very well presented store. Tidy and well stocked. The very friendly member of staff was helpful in locating size 13 trainers that were on the shelf and checking on the system if a steel-toe cap trainer was available in 13 too. A very good store. Would use again but 164 miles is a bit far to come....”

“Visited the Eastbourne Shuh shop. Received exceptionally good service from Joe. They didn't stock what I wanted but he went on-line to find them and arranged free next day delivery from their warehouse. It took a matter of minutes and he was helpful and understanding of my lack of technical expertise in having to do something on my mobile relative to the order. I was so pleased as I had visited three other shops previously to be told 'Come back after our next delivery and we might have some' or just a curt 'No we haven't got them'. Thank you Joe, you are a credit to the store. I've repeated my good experience to loads of people which I'm sure will result in some new customers. I realise that if this is the extent of my social banter that I need to get out more but the praise is well-deserved. Thank you! :)”

“Visited this store last week on holiday .It was raining heavily.I had a medical hic up.Had to get to a clean toilet asap.Recently out of a coma I tend to flap should this happen.The staff were outstanding.The young assistant went to the manager Amy.who kindly let me use the staff facilities.In a world of lack of assistance ,in such a case.This branch excelled Being a ex customer service manager myself,I could only be impressed on their kindness and empathy.Five star rating truly deserved.Plus I did also buy things too!”
