where do I start with this complaint, first of all the manager with curly blonde hair was screaming at her employees it was absolutely disgusting bare in mind these workers are young adults ages from like 18 to 20s and she’s speaking down on them screaming at them is absolutely disgusting it’s so shameful that a woman of that age (clearly older) is outrageous and intimidating if my daughter or son worked here and was being spoken to the way I heard the manager speaking to them young employees I would be raging and wouldn’t think twice of raising a fist!!!

Visited this store last week on holiday .It was raining heavily.I had a medical hic up.Had to get to a clean toilet asap.Recently out of a coma I tend to flap should this happen. The staff were outstanding. The young assistant went to the manager Amy.who kindly let me use the staff facilities. In a world of lack of assistance ,in such a case. This branch excelled Being a ex customer service manager myself,I could only be impressed on their kindness and empathy.Five star rating truly deserved.Plus I did also buy things too!

If you try and do a return at the counter God help you! I'm unable to do the machines. Some long haired shop assistant was extremely rude. She should be sacked for the way she spoke to me!

There is nothing wrong with this store. Loads of sales going on so the shop was quite busy. There wasn't a lot of very good stuff though bit shabby and the home section was a bit crap. Pretty well like every other next shop. Feel like this is more of a chix shop and dudes who show off their ankles with those trousers that arnt long enough kinda shop

Next shop near Asda customer service is not very helpful. I was charged twice even I showed them proof. They couldn't do anything to help me even though it's their mistake. Never again in this shop!

I really like the in-store pick up system they have. You're instructed to use the tablet by the entrance to inform the staff you've arrived and wish to collect an order. The tablet is mounted in front of a sign that tells you how to use it and that, following its use you should proceed to the children's wear department. The same information is also displayed on a handwritten note stuck in in front of the tablet, which seems like a redundancy, but then the tablet, once you've finished given it your order codes, tells you to proceed elsewhere. So you go to children's wear, as if your presence will cause your order to descend from the ceiling. It doesn't. So you head to the checkout in children's wear, which is out of view of half the department. A member of staff asks if they can help, so you tell them you're there to collect an order. They take your name and mention, incidentally, that "there's a tablet by the entrance, so if next time you want to just use that." You tell them you did use it, and they give you an expression as if to say you are the first person to have done that, and they're not set up to deal with such efficiency, and, in fact, it's somewhat not in keeping with the general vibe. I guess it's important to keep the youths busy in some way, but I wonder if Baron Wolfson doesn't think some kind of outdoorsy activity might be better, perhaps with driving HGVs, picking crops, and slaughtering pigs.

We came here today to pick up a Christmas present and was told by middle aged blonde miserable abrupt women that our delivery was upstairs with the mens and home. We came out of the lift and waited at a desk to be told very rudely "NO, MENSWEAR OVER THERE THROUGH THAT GAP!!!". Times are very hard for all of us at the moment but if she don't like her job, give it to someone who will fully appreciate it and do it justice. We won't be returning!!!

Poor customer service. Don’t seem bothered. Arrived to collect a few packages. In all fairness we arrived 1 hour before our collection time. The staff said β€œyour packages are here but there are a lot that arrived so”. We live a 15min journey away from this shop, not their fault, however to tell a customer their purchases are there but the staff can’t be bothered to spend a few moments to go and find them I personally find extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. After I have collected my current purchases I won’t be using this store again. I’ll either use the new and improved Next store in Eastbourne town centre or buying online. Your need to rethink your customer service strategy. Without customers you won’t have a business. With increasing competition for you I suggest you put new measures in place as you have lost a customer in me.

Nice sized store, just very small range for adults with child sized feet. Staff didn't seem helpful or wanting to help. Decided to not ask for help but rather look elsewhere.

Medium sized next. Mens, womens, kids clothing available, plus a small area for home wear. Friendly helpful staff. Lots to choose from with regards to clothing. The normal click and collect service for online goods on offer. Free parking outside, with ample spaces.
