    Absolutely horrible staff member at this branch. Spoke to me as if I was a child. Was extremely rude. People that talk to customers this way should not be working in this profession! All I did was come in to enquire if my order had arrived in store. CRAZY!! Will not be shopping here again!

    Nice shop good quality clothes at a good price. Staff are usually ok here but I’ve had the odd occasion where they’ve been dead sniffy or borderline rude - usually when I wanted to return an item, so sounds like they hate doing refunds. I don’t shop here often - after a few unpleasant experiences I was put off. Sorry but rude staff is an absolute no no.

    Awful staff ... unhelpful ... so I purchase a top from Bon Marche ...picked up in Store ... too big took it back was told by 2 store assistants they cannot refund me despite having correct paperwork. Not to worry I WILL be getting a refund from Bon Marche just not in this store where the staff could not do their job.. 1 Star .. cannot give zero stars
