Went in for Dr martens wasn't sure of size I wanted but Olivia helped me try sizes on to get it right , Olivia was brilliant very patient and understanding and helped me get discount on my blue light card , excellent service will be back

Very poor selection of men’s trainers. Ended up going to Deichmann in the end. I’m sure it never used to be this bad. Only reason I’ve given you three stars is due to the fact staff are very friendly and willing to help.
I don't even know why I keep giving this shop chances. The staff are pleasant enough but they never have any stock in correct sizes and say that you can pay for them and order them in... Why on earth would I want to pay for trainers without trying them to see if they fit, are comfortable and that I actually like the look of them when on... Schuh as a company, you need to sort it out and stock up your shops properly.
Visited the Eastbourne Shuh shop. Received exceptionally good service from Joe. They didn't stock what I wanted but he went on-line to find them and arranged free next day delivery from their warehouse. It took a matter of minutes and he was helpful and understanding of my lack of technical expertise in having to do something on my mobile relative to the order. I was so pleased as I had visited three other shops previously to be told 'Come back after our next delivery and we might have some' or just a curt 'No we haven't got them'. Thank you Joe, you are a credit to the store. I've repeated my good experience to loads of people which I'm sure will result in some new customers. I realise that if this is the extent of my social banter that I need to get out more but the praise is well-deserved. Thank you! :)

Really helpful friendly staff who tried their best to help me find the right trainers for me. Unfortunately they didn't have them in my size so I went to sport and soccer and got them for £20 cheaper.
Joke of a store! All staff standing around talking to one another, multiple customers in store who wanted help. Mine was given, disgusting to think this is the way this store is run
