   I experienced top class service at Hotter, Eastbourne. Scott identified an issue with my instep and suggested the relevant support needed, sending me across to another shop across the way to buy it. When I couldn't locate the relevant item he came with me to show me exactly what was required - exceptional service! He ensured the shoes fitted correctly. I took up a lot of his time but felt under no pressure. He dealt with me with good humour and professionalism - a credit to the company.

   Absolutely top class service; so very helpful. Guided to shoes that would give me the support needed. The colour of one pair was not in stock, was ordered for delivery at home and with me within a couple of days. The other shoes were in stock and taken home. Trying shoes on (with help!) and feeling the comfortability is the way to go. Most pleased.

   Always friendly helpful staff. Have bought Hotter shoes for years. Quite expensive, but they last. A shame the range of shoes on display is limited, but they will order and send by post for no extra charge.

   This is the place to go to if you have difficult feet, week had spent weeks trying to find the right pair of shoes for my mum, we went to all sorts of shoe shops and other shops but in the end always returning the shoes as her poor little feet hurt to much. But as for these guys they were amazing from begging to end, when we walked in there was 3 people one of them was the Manager and they were all amazing. They have a special machine that you stand on and it works out what is right for you incredibly it really does, then they all got stuck in and finally we found some lovely shoes for her and I would recommend this shop 1000% to anyone.

   Excellent service, had a scan of my feet and then fitted for a style of boot I wanted. Lady attendant agree with me that sizing wasn't quite right (everyone is different) Awaiting my boots to arrive at home address but assured if not right can take back to shop. Very impressed with Hotters service.

   Went to look at sandals and saw a pair I liked in the sale section. Found a 6 and tried it, but realised immediately it was too big. Went to replace the shoe and saw there was similar at ½ à size smaller. Went to the till, left shoe was fetched. I was asked if I wanted to try them on but as I had tried the right foot I knew the left would be OK. Now been added to the mailing list and got email receipt as well as the paper one. Given a Hotters paper carrier bag as well. Pleased to find that I was able to use cash as well
