   Walking past and saw a lovely Christmas jumper for my daughter. The 2 ladies in the shop, Laura, apologies I didn't get the other lady's name. Were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough to help. Great staff, helpful and so cheerful. A real asset to your company.

   Having returned an items 3 weeks ago I have not had an acknowledgment from my emails or any refunded. This company is unprofessional. Even my local shop says their customer service are useless Dont buy anything online. This company does not care

   My mum and I visited this branch for the first time and was greeted by Roxy and Laura,we could not wish for a warmer welcome! Both ladies were so lovely, they really made our day! If only other branches were the same. Excellent customer service! Thank you ladies ( big kiss from Daisy the dog) x

   I found what I wanted but didn't have my size in stock, so was able to order it to the store free,or if I wanted it delivered to my home address it costs about £4, so went with to store. Now waiting for a phone call/ email to say that it's in. The lady assistant was very friendly and happy to help.
