   Zero stars!! Terrible customer service. Never stepping a foot in there anymore. Saturday 20/07/2024 t 16:40 pm, I went there and picked 3 pieces and went to the fitting rooms to try them on. I go in and a young woman stops me and says with a very aggressive and rude tone "how many have you got?", I reply "3" and she says rudely "okay go on". I was utterly shocked by her impoliteness. Fix your customer service and teach your staff how to treat your customers. You lost a loyal customer.

   The store looked a bit untidy but I think staff were either on lunch or short staffed because only one person serving who actually was calm and very nice. Lots of sale rails which probably didn't help either!
