   Disappointing visit on 6th October afternoon. Went in store appeared to be just one staff member who was assisting a customer with shoes, fair enough great to have customers. But what is upseting is my son and I walked around store, then sat for while, got up walked around again, sat back down waited and nothing no acknowledgement of us at all by the staff member, not a I will be with you shortly or a hello or smile, after a while son said to me I don't like it here can we just go now so we left as there was no interest in communicating with us at all. Customer service seems to have disappeared.

   Went to get my daughters feet measured and as soon as we walked into the shop we were greeted by a lovely assistant whom asked if we needed any help. She measured my daughter feet who was only 14months. She was great with my daughter and made the experience fun. She was patient as we tried on a few pairs. She was able to answer questions we had. The shop was clean and had a lovely calm feeling. The only thing was the cost of the shoes. Put pair cost just over £30. Hoping she lasts more than 2minites in them. She has been wearing the shoes for. 2 weeks and they seem comfortable.

   Amazing!! My parents took my autistic brother to get some new school shoes yesterday, and the lady was lovely! My brother never goes out, apart from to school! They closed the shop just for him and my parents, ensured the lighting and noise wasn’t too loud for him. Asked if my mum would preferred they did the fitting or my parents, with exact explanations. Spoke to him in regards to his favourite things to do, which helped him keep his mind occupied. They was super friendly, wonderful and totally understanding!! Will 100% be back when he outgrows these, and would recommend to anyone! Disabilities or not! Thankyou!!

   Manager was unable to swap new shoes recently purchased from clarks. Said they where correctly fitted however my daughter was wrong and they weren't too tight! Now have very expensive uncomfortable shoes!

   Annual back-to-school shoe shopping made easy by the wonderful service provided by Gabriella. My two children were very pleased with the range of choices and, considering how busy the store was, the whole process took only ten minutes.
