   Very bad customer service. They can exchange the shoe inside 6 months old if is tears or wears but they did not exchange. I am very unhappy with the service because the quality is very bad and the price is so high. Never buy clarks shoes again. The manager was not helpful. She just ignored me when I talked to her.

   Fantastic service getting our 19 month old daughters feet measured - she was comfortable and let Jessica measure her feet unlike visits to other shops. Small but good selection of shoes. Friendly and helpful staff.

   We went here on a Saturday afternoon. Although the store was empty the manager was rude and disinterested preferring to focus on some other task. She was also curt and dismissive to a young member of staff. Very poor customer service which does not encourage repeat business. We will go elsewhere next time.
