I had a Christmas gift that I had to exchange as the size was too small but unfortunately, I was outside of the 28 days returns policy (I’ve been away for a few weeks) but the chap in-store allowed me to swap the item for one of my size. The material breathes and wears just like leather, but nothing died to make them! I've tried other brands, but these are a million times better and can be re-soled (if they ever wear out). Would love to see some airseal stack soles shoes.”

“I went into Runners Need yesterday to have a gait analysis and to buy some new running trainers. Sofia did my gait analysis and helped me find the best trainers for me. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all and she had so much invaluable knowledge. I will definitely be recommending this service/ shop to anyone looking to get themselves some new running trainers or get their gait analysed. She was so lovely, phoned other stores, write 3x different phone numbers for me to try. And I actually purchased the sandals from Manchester, they will be with me by Friday.
