I live all the way out in South Africa and I managed to purchase a travel trunk online (the last one available in the UK) from this store. The store manager, Grace Tucker, has been nothing short of brilliant! From managing the transaction to personally delivering it to my forwarding address, constantly checking in with me regarding the details and shipping confirmation. Some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time! Would be happy to shop here again, whether I'm in the UK or elsewhere!”

There were two shop assistants and they were both serving other clients so had to wait for one of them assistants. Me and my kid were served after actual opening hours (17.30), the shop assistant was so friendly and helpful, she saved my sanity. Although the actual styles were quite limited, she found the perfect match for my boy. She didn't just tried to sell anything, she actually looked at what he needed and what would be the best.
