   I recently visited this shop and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The cashier was incredibly rude and impolite, which left a very negative impression on me. I will not be returning to this shop in the future and do not recommend it to others due to the poor customer service. It's important for businesses to ensure that their employees are providing good service to customers, and it's clear that this shop falls short in that regard.

   Not a great shopping experience. Trainers I were told would be behind the till turned out to not be there. I waited 5 mins for a staff member to acknowledge me waiting to pay for them, of which they then had to go and get them from the stock room again. Try to flog you some protecting spray and get poor customer service if you don’t wish to purchase, or possibly bad customer service always. I won’t be returning to Foot Asylum again and considering returning the trainers and taking my money elsewhere! Avoid! You’ll find better choice of trainers, customer service and value elsewhere!

   I brought some Zoom 2000s when they first got released with Crep Protect and it was easy for my shoes to get dirty. Crep Protect never works. Tried to clean the shoes but it is so difficult because of the material. However, Great customer service, quite small. Kind, friendly and welcoming staff.

   Good clothes and shoes. I had to return a jacket I bought for my son 4 months ago as the zip was broken. I still had the receipt and they happily refunded me. We've bought a replacement jacket from them.

   Poor customer service. Staff are complacent, lazy, and impolite. Complaints are not acknowledged and compensated for. Good selection and variety of shoes, but I would not buy from here, simply because there are other shops that are better overall (especially in customer service). PS. As a previous review stated, this place is run by "teenagers." Ultimately, you will be dealing with unprofessional people. Beware.
