   Really impressed with the service I received from the guys at black tie - from trying on suits up until the wedding day, everything was great. When first trying on suits, they took the time to talk through the different options which would suit our wedding venue, and no pressure to buy/hire was put on me. When getting the groomsmen to try on suits, they were flexible with the guys dropping in at different times and took the time to suggest local shops where some of the lads who lived further to away could get sized up. The suits looked fantastic on the day and we got plenty of complements - would definitely use black tie again. Cheers!

   Every single member of Black Tie are so helpful and welcoming. They will always have something for you, and the service you receive is amazing. They're all so knowledgeable and helpful and I couldn't recommend them enough. Not only did I use Black Tie this year for my wedding suits which were amazing, I have on numerous occasions dropped in the day before some events and they have always gone out of their way to help me. Would HIGHLY recommend anyone to use Black Tie, a professional experience with great service.

   All the staff at Black Tie are incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a last-minute issue with the arrival of my son’s waistcoat and jacket, which hadn’t been dispatched as expected from Scotland. Michael went above and beyond to ensure it was delivered the very next day, and Alex even waited at home to personally receive the parcel. I’m a big believer in supporting local independent shops — and this is exactly why. They genuinely care, and the level of service they provide simply can’t be matched by big chains. If you're looking for exceptional service along with high-quality tailored suits, look no further than Black Tie.

   My partner for our wedding had a fantastic experience at black tie. he hadn't ever had a suit fitting and was slightly nervous as he likes space and gets a bit claustrophobic but the younger gentleman (sorry he cant remember your name) that helped him pick out his suit and fitted it for him made him feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. if anyone in the surrounding areas ever need a suit fitting then this is the place he will recommend.

   Honestly, I'm not sure how he did it. Michael is exceptional! He measured me, snapped his fingers twice, and sent me away two days later in a perfectly fitting, hard to find, White Tie and Tails tuxedo. Making things more impressive, I am 200CM tall and not slight of frame. Made no difference. Told me it was sorted, two days later...sorted. What more could you want?

   Having bought a tweed sports jacket from the Black Tie on-line shop (very quick delivery) I found the fit a little tight. I contacted the shop by telephone and received outstanding service from Chris, who sent a larger size for me to compare the two. The larger size was a better fit and and I returned the original garment. Fantastic customer support - highly recommended!
