   Great customer service from Dom .Bought school shoes & casual shoes for teenager. Dom was full of enthusiasm and knowledge about fit , purpose and care of shoes so made the experience painless and cheerful after a hard afternoon of school uniform shopping. Nice bright air conditioned shop & bonus was teenagers old shoes were taken for proper recycling at same time as he wore the new ones home. Will definitely return .

   Came in today and was immediately welcomed by a nice lady at the front. We went in and I was a bit lost and overwhelmed with choice and a lovely lady called Morgan helped me find what I needed. Prices were expensive but it was a good durable set of shoes I eventually picked out, so hopefully they last. I think I had 3 staff interact with me and make sure I was OK which was really nice as I had been in other shoe stores where they seem like they try to hide from you or are a bit snobbish. I can't thank Morgan enough for being so patient with me and helping find the right shoes. Will hopefully not have to come back for a while, as I hope the shoes last, but when they do eventually give out I will come here.

   I had to take a bag which was in the sale so I rang first spoke to guy called Josh. So helpful and when I return it l got Josh again so helpful. We need more people like that in the world helpful and happy Not miserable shop assistants .
