    do not EVER buy from New Look. I paid for return, booked evri driver - he was supposed to show up yesterday (!!) do where is my Β£2.95 New look and when is he coming?! I have no time to come to your store to return your ridiculously bad quality clothes so I will now be reviewing every store and leaving 1 star trust pilot reviews DAILY until something gets done.. I have emailed you 20 timesQ!! but there is only some brainless AI asking me for order nr which you have - I sent it 100 times to you already - so do something INSTEAD OF STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY AND FORCING THEM TO WEAR YOUR SWEATSHOP CLOTHES OR ACCESSORIES THAT LITERALLY BREAK BEFORE I CAN EVEN USE THEM (YOUR HAIR CLIP) ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC, SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.

    Rude member of staff on the fitting room, looking at me like dirt on her shoe because I didn’t purchase anything. How someone so unfriendly got a job I’ll never know.

    I returned an item in store that i purchased online and havent got a refund after 3 weeks. The process of putting the item in a draw and getting a code for the refund is terrible (lack of signal inside). Worst experience and im now out of pocket for item i returned.

    Friendly staff (for the most part) but were extremely pushy about providing personal information to get a receipt. I was ignored several times and it took a couple of minutes just for them to give up and give me a paper receipt. I can't tell if this is a push from management or what, but it's not acceptable and gives off a terrible experience.

    Very disappointed on 2 counts. First my disabled wife tried a dress on and wanted to buy it. Dressing is a lot of effort so she put her own clothes in our bag and went to till to buy dress and said she'd keep it on. NO, against our policy. We explained the difficulty it would cause and why couldn't we Just pull tag off, pay and leave. NO! My wife felt humiliated with people around waiting and upset. I wouldn't have bought it but it fitted her well so I did, for her. Changing clothes again caused unnecessary pain. Secondly They wanted my email for a receipt, I explained I don't give it out, and was told I can't have a receipt then. "We've gone paperless" So if I don't have an email I can't have a proof of purchase? Won't be visiting Reading again any time soon

    The lady worker was fantastic. Did not have the Oodie I wanted in store so got it delivered to my home address. She was brilliant. She is what customer service is all about.

    Can't belive I spend 20 minutes in a queue to be told I have to go to post office to send the items back cos I paid by PayPal. This is ridiculous! Then all this useless amateur at the till is insane, no one knows what's doing, always when is super busy they seem to train people, just crazy... wasting another 10 min so in total, 30 minutes of my day got wasted on your store for nothing! Such a shame! I used to like this store. From now on I will avoid at any costs.

    Hi so I went to the Newlook store today. And I was trying on a coat when my phone was stolen. When asked for the CCTV footage of the store I received a reply that the camera of that location was not working and the other camera doesn’t cover the location. If this is the state of a brands like these then they should probably close there store if they are not able to maintain it. Also the staff is very rude as when I was trying to make a complaint one staff member didn’t even listen to my issue properly. I have a feeling the staff is also involved in such crimes.

    Good quality, nice collection of almost everything a lady wants specifically for jeans. NL is always my #1 for jeans. Very good customer service from Sammie. She’s very nice and helpful.

    New Look use to have a good 70% sale and people who can't afford to buy things on full price or even half price they take advantage of that but now they do have sale but not on good useful stuff. So I can't buy anything I just go ther , checked the prices and left the store.
