Just received the best customer service from Verity in the Reading Oracle store, who went above and beyond to help me collect my order from the store today. Such a wonderful kind, helpful and professional lady. Merry Christmas
What is the use of displaying items without a price tag coupled to staff who are totally disinterested in customers when there are no other customers around in the store?? I was at this store yesterday late afternoon (16/9/24 around 6pm)with my wife who was very interested in a couple of bags. The staff member (rather thin and white, with a big pale round glasses and long hair) totally ignored the two of us when there were NO other customers around for a period approaching 3 minutes. She did not even try an eye contact! What a rude and sad person that would bring nothing but financial ruins to any institution. Sort her out, otherwise keep losing customers and money.

Absolutely fantastic service. I wish I had taken the name of the staff member assisting me but she was incredibly helpful without hovering around too much and just made for a great shopping experience.
