Rude staff - such a disappointing experience. I wasn’t let into the shop even though it was still 10min before closing - I just wanted to buy a shoes insole which would take less than 5min. I have worked in retail myself but the attitude of staff was just appalling. Don’t recommend and will avoid
I went in for school shoes for my kids and used the buy one get one half price offer, which even applies to adult sized shoes, and is good value. The shoes for my son were not in stock so the gentleman helping people ordered them for me, took 2-3 minutes to be delivered to my home address and I could still use the buy one get one half price offer when paying for both pairs at the till. The shoes arrived in less than 24 hours. Great service in the shop, good price, and quick delivery. Would 100% go back when we need new ones.
Today I bought the shoes for my son. I didn’t make any mess at all I put everything in the place except 2 shoes that I am trying on to my baby. He said you have to put in the place! What a rude! I am doing shopping and I didn’t make a mess. Disappointing!
