   Blown away by the customer service. Gemma was amazing, on a busy 23rd Dec pre xmas shopping day she went to the extra effort to search for the single item which was out of stock every where, matching my shopping list in a delivery of multiple boxes. Thank you, much appreciated.

   Bit of a shame. Last few times I’ve been in I feel like I’ve stepped into a jumble sale and forget trying anything on… takes forever to get into a changing room.

   It’s a busy shop. There was only one changing room attendant and the queue was ridiculous. I asked a female attendant to help and she was quite morning her responses. That said a supervisor called Max was absolutely excellent. He was very helpful, proactive and because of him we walked out with 6 items and a huge grin on my son’s face! Just goes to show, 1 person can make such a difference to customer experience!

   I went shopping yesterday. Although I didn’t buy anything Eva was very helpful and I will be back as soon as pay day arrives! She was very convincing! I would 100% recommend not only for the clothes but how kind Eva was! I nearly bought low rise baggy jeans and a jacket which I for sure will be back to buy! It was really nice having a chat about the clothes/sizes and different styles. She had a lot of knowledge. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

   I’ve started shopping in Hollister recently mainly because the mens jeans seem to be my current fit. They also keep their stretch through a number of washes. Just got a pair of black slim fit (not skinny) jeans in the store at The Oracle. Now for the store. It’s … different. From the outside it is more like a late night under the arches nightclub. How do I get in? Once you walk in the store is compact but jammed with clothing goodness. Can normally find at least a couple items that I ‘want’. But. Why 4 stars? Here we go. The lighting in the store is very low level/dark. I like that. But the problem is the changing rooms are dark lit. I tried on a pair of black jeans (or so I thought) and could not tell the colour. Don’t know about you but when I try something on I want to be able to see it clearly in good light. Don’t let this put you off though. I just bought arguably the best pair of black jeans I currently own with nice black washed colour and really good fit and stretchy. And all for £29.95. Wore them last night. Have now ordered another 2 pairs. Highly recommended. @Hollister - change the fitting room lighting and you get 5+ stars.
