Terrible experience that I hope never happens again. I bought a pair of Ugg Tazz from Italy plus a protector, paying a total of €220 (including €53 in customs fees). The shoes had a small hole on the surface and crooked stitching as defects. The company sent me defective shoes and refused to exchange them by covering the shipping and customs for the replacement pair they would have sent me. According to them, the shoes weren’t considered defective until they inspected them. Yet they offered me a 15% refund for the defect, which means they do admit the shoes are faulty. Their customer service replies are also clearly copied and pasted. I absolutely do not recommend buying from them, and I will never do it again. I hope they’re happy with the scam they pulled on me. Well done.

Today I went to buy some Adidas Samba. Terrible service. One of the employees threw them at me when I asked for them, while the others were laughing. When it came time to pick them up, they were still laughing their heads off, doing nothing. A dark-skinned girl, disrespectful, terrible service. That's unacceptable.

As expected, customer service in this shop is the WORST!! Even their inventory is incredibly weird!! They have displayed a shoe without the other pair in their stock, claiming that they accidentally sold the other pair of the shoe. Funny how they try to make the branding look like stupid. Not recommended at all!

If I could give no stars I would! The customer service help chat is terrible, I have tried to contact them multiple times each time is has been so unhelpful and the chat is left unresolved, the staff are terrible to communicate with and each time you are waiting in the queue, expect to be waiting for an hour! I bought shoes a month ago and they were never delivered and sent back to Office. Office have been awful at helping and trying to resend the shoes. Never order online with these people!!

First purchase made there yesterday wish I just left and brought what I wanted else where the shops a mess. There was no staff on the shop floor for ages ! I'm pretty sure by law there always has to be at least 1 member of staff on the shop at all times. Finally after waiting for 5 mins all the staff seem to appear. Fair enough most of them was "helping" in the stock room. I asked for the other pair to the shoe he went come back a while later and I asked to double check them and good job I did as they wasn't the same size in the box! I made a comment saying its a good job I checked and he said I would of. No you wouldn't. Of he went to find the right pair and another member says sorry its a mess down stairs. Well maybe the owner should get his shop and sort out the staff if it's a "mess"

Staff make you feel like finding your size is doing you a favour. Stock of sizes doesn’t seem very well catered for. I asked for 4 different types of shoes and not one had my size. Also not once did they tell me they have my size in an alternative colour and feels like it’s too much to ask. Left the shop feeling really disappointed.

I made an order the 30-03-2022, order W62723550 i never received him. It was return by dhl i dont know why i didn’t receive any information about it. Now he dont want to refund me the money related to the ship although I have nothing to do with the fact that the order was returned. I didn’t receive mail in order to pay custum and no other mail. If you live outside of uk dont order on this website, its not a Professional website. you are not sure to receive your package and the time to be refunded is very long (I still have not been refunded ) on the other hand to collect they are very fast.
