I ordered 2 dresses from them for more than 100€ and I never received them !!! Even though I wrote to them and certified I never received my package, they won't do anything about it. The signature on the receipt form is not even mine !!! I won't recommend a company than is not able to deliver to its customers when they paid !
I have bought from lady V before but it's been a while. I brought a dress recently and was really impressed. I ordered a few sizes as I wasn't sure what I needed. I returned the ones I didn't need and received an almost instant refund. Brilliant dresses and service thanks!
Awful customer service, unresponsive for weeks at a time. My order reached me after 11 days despite website saying 2-3 days. They ignored my suggestion to refund my postage given the dresses reached me after the date I needed them for. I opened the package to inspect the dresses, nice patterns but all cheap stretchy material (I had ordered from here a few years ago and they used to be great), absolutely not worth the money. Please avoid.
I own an entire wardrobe of lady v dresses however the quality of late has really dropped, especially the fabric. It is super thin and incredibly cheap which is disappointing as the dresses have only increased in price. They used to offer free returns but you now have to pay for this services, which again is disappointing as I wouldn't be returning anything is the quality was as stated.
Slow and dismissive customer service - I reached out on 3rd December about a tracking number that didn't work and a missing parcel, the response was "it's been delivered here's the tracking number and link" and lo and behold it's the same not-working tracking number and I still have no parcel. All subsequent attempts to contact customer service have been ignored. I used to sing this company's praises and recommend it always , I have numerous dresses, but now I wouldn't recommend it to someone I hated.
From ordering Online to my front door in Australia only took 8 days! It was so quick and I received emails from the courier company the whole way. Very happy with the service. The dresses came packed in their own plastics and packed into a strong plastic courier bag keeping them safe. Each dress is beautiful in colour and style, and the fabrics are a lovely stretchy thick fabric. I followed the size guide and sized up where needed and they are a perfect fit. Can't wait to order more, and I completely recommend this company and their beautiful dresses.
I love my new Phoebe peacock print dress. I got so many compliments. The extra special underskirt truly brought out the beauty of dress. The Lip Kisses dress though beautiful and stands out, I don't have the confidence to wear such a flirty print. I had bingo wings so I had to go size up because of that. Perhaps Lady V could make the sleeves slightly roomy???
My experience with lady V is normally fantastic, super fast delivery, and quality items, unfortunately the Christmas Lyra I ordered fell short and the colour is nothing like The stock image and the material doesn’t feel the same quality. I have contacted Lady V and they have got back to me to say that they will change the stock image to reflect the true colour of the dress and someone will contact me .... normally all dresses from here are fantastic.
I have brought 7 dresses from here, and every single one has been amazing. I love that they produce dresses that A) fit taller people (like me) and B) fit larger ladies, as my mum has Hypothyroid which causes weight gain (no fault of her own), this makes getting nice dresses harder. However, when she received her first Lady V London dress, it fitted perfectly which made her over the moon. Thanks again, and keep up the good work!
