Friendly, helpful staff. A fairly small store but with a great selection of basics so always worth a look.
Terrible store rude manager no idea how to treat customers correctly, will argue with you over items priced wrongly. I would never return to fleet store. The staff at the Camberley store are a much better store go there is my advice. Nothing too much trouble for them .thank you Camberley store for saving the face of new look .
Friendly staff. Decent selection of clothes and jeans to fit most shapes and sizes.
Sizes are true to labels, quality good for price. Shame they don't do smaller sizes in shoes. Staff very helpful.
Why do I dislike New Look? I'm a larger lady, (a size 20 to be precise). The range upstairs is vast for anyone in average sized clothing. Go downstairs to the "inspire" (someone obviously had a sense of humour when naming that), range and you'll be lucky to find anything in a 20+. Apparently they do some size 20s upstairs. If you say so New Look. They're more size 18 pretending to be something they're not. I don't like to feel as though my insides are being strangled by something which has so obviously been cut by somebody trying to save a few quid on material costs, (in particular jeans/trousers). If they extended their larger range, (there are a lot of bigger females in Basingstoke), I'm sure they'd do very well as the quality of their clothing is good. Just a shame they don't seem to be able to bring themselves to cater for is chubsters :(
