   Went in on Monday and the man serving us was incredibly down to earth and friendly whilst maintaining professionalism. He had only been working there for only 10 days at the time. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but his service was without a doubt the best I’ve ever had in this shop, that can sometimes feel ever so slightly pretentious.

   Had an absolutely amazing shopping experience with Boss Reading! I live all the way out in South Africa and I managed to purchase a travel trunk online (the last one available in the UK) from this store. The store manager, Grace Tucker, has been nothing short of brilliant! From managing the transaction to personally delivering it to my forwarding address, constantly checking in with me regarding the details and shipping confirmation. Some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time! Would be happy to shop here again, whether I'm in the UK or elsewhere!

   I wanted to cop this jacket to add to my growing collection. Unfortunately this store doesn't have it which is a shame. I was going to order it online but it has to be a perfect fit otherwise it won't look drippy. It's an obsession of mine to get in first with the fashion because where I come from it's not the taking part that counts.

   Customer service is there but lacking in attentive details, purchased 2 suit trousers and had it altered, it was done poorly, trousers was just measured rather than pinned so I had to drive 100 miles away to have it done by Bristol branch which is more superior in terms of service and the quality of service.

   Bought a waterproof casual jacket, good service and good price. Pleased with jacket except that inner lining acts as a wick and gets quite wet after a walk. It dries quickly, but still seems a little strange. Response from BOSS welcome!

   It's an ok store, but what I find a little odd is that the House of Frazer has just as much Hugo boss stuff in it, as what this large shop does, not a real great use of the space on offer, the staff thou are lovely and really helpful and our a credit to your Reading Branch

   Great store with good selection of suits and very friendly staff especially Sylvia. She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Helped me with literally everything from matching the shirt colour to suit sizing and selecting the right tie. THANK YOU !
