   I walked in with my family to have a quick browse in search of winter boots for my wife and was greeted by this young gentleman by the name of Adam. He was of great help, customer service was off the chats and of I could have given 10 stars rated I would. He took care of us from the time we walked in till cashing out. He helped my wife select a perfect pair of winter boots and she loves it. And Adam deserves recognition for his hard work. So I wanna thank Adam again for helping me pick out the perfect winter boots for my wife Christmas gift. The review says 5 stars Adam but I honestly would rate u much more than that. Great job buddy keep doing what u do.

   Not happy with the customer service. Ordered a shoe from store and did not receive a good standard of service. Had to call several times to check if shoe arrived and when it finally did was not called to inform. Was told they left a message but there was no message at all.

   Fantastic service from Ben. My daughter was quite specific in what she wanted and has some issues when having to make decisions. Ben was very patient and helpful and could not have shown better customer service if he tried. Would highly recommend the shop and Ben. He made a usually stressful experience into a calm one.

   Having seen all the adverts, my husband & I went in to have a look. We were amazed at the different styles. A pair for every occasion! We were greeted by a young man (Mark) asking if he could help in any way. Mark was very helpful and friendly and knowledgable about the product he was selling. We bought 3 pairs, 2 for me and 1 pair of trainers for my husband. Not only were we very impressed with the customer service we received, the shoes we bought are amazing. I would certainly recommend both the product and the shop! Thank you.
