   I would like to express my sincere thanks to your colleague, Ines, for her outstanding help when I couldn’t find the right size for my daughter. Ines went above and beyond — she arranged for the correct size to be delivered directly to our home with free delivery and even told us about the £10 voucher available for registering with the Deichmann app, which we did. Ines was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She knew exactly what to do and made the whole experience so easy for us. My 17-year-old daughter was so impressed that as soon as we left the store, she said, “That’s what you call excellent customer service!” Thanks to Ines, our shopping trip turned into a wonderful experience. She is a true credit to your team — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. We left the store extremely happy, and she really made our day. Thank you, Ines!

But better go londis and buy yourself some brand new shoes from londis man's feet their rhe best trust me !!!!!! But they only take cash guys so if youwanna pay by card sorry

   This shop has lots of shoes, for ladies, men, children and lots of bags. Unfortunately we didn't buy anything today becausewe couldn't find what we were looking for. It's a big spaious and airy. Staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend everyone to try them. Well spaced out. Plenty of room for wheelchairs, scooters or buggies.

   Good choice of trendy shoes and boots, that are very well priced to save money. If you need assistance, that could be a challenge. I could not find any wide fittings boots. Also have handbags.

   As mentioned numerous times before... Took our boys shoes back to exchange for a bigger size as my partner bought them too small. He only tried them on in our hall way, however we were told they are not in re-sellable condition as there were a couple of little stones stuck underneath. I said that this isn't a sign of wear and the same could have accumulated from a child simply trying them on in the shop to which I was met with rudeness that apparently we are trying to return worn shoes and they will not accept them back. We are not scammers and were simply trying to return shoes that turned out to be too small so I do not need to be accused of any wrongdoing. I am not willing to part with my money with a business that has such poor customer care. In the end we ended up buying the same shoes we wanted elsewhere and at a slightly better price too.

   Nicely laid out store with helpful staff. Only criticism is it appears some products that have obviously been reduced in price evidenced by sale tags removed from boxes returned to pre-sale price.

   The staff are always so helpful in the basingstoke branch. The lady who served me (Amanda), has helped me out twice now with getting shoes. It's her help that makes me go back to that branch as I know I'll always get great service.
