   Had a fantastic experience here with Mosope, who went above and beyond. She asked questions about what we wanted, then when what we wanted wasn't in stock she selected some she thought would be great (which they were) and brought them to us to try. She was patient, attentive and really listened to what we wanted. She was brilliant with our two girls and we were all very happy. Thank you Mosope!

   Well made, comfortable shoes in a range if fitting options that you don't get a lot of places. Particularly good for small children and school shoes. The store in Basingstoke is nice and open with a dedicated children's area at the far end, which can get busy (new school year in particular) for fitting and works on a ticket system. Well trained staff that are helpful.

   Had to wait 40 minutes to get my little one's feet measured. OK, it was Sunday, so that was sort of waiting time I was expecting. Finally we had the measurements done. Picked the shoes we liked and store assistant couldn't find the other shoe... OK, so managed to convince my daughter to choose another pair. She's found another one she liked, and what happened? Young girl took the shoe with her to find the other one to cine back to us and inform us that the one my daughter picked was labelled wrong and it was actually wrong size on the label. It wouldn't be a big deal, but they didn't have the size we needed. We didn't get the shoes for my daughter, sales assistant wasn't helpful at all, not apologetic, just nothing. My daughter ended up crying her eyes out. What a waste of time!

   It was packed as everyone was getting shoes fitted ready for school. But the ticket system was great, made things easier and the staff member we had was great with my youngest. Measuring him and chatting to him about his choice in shoe. Making sure he was happy with the fit and comfort. Thank you
