I’ve shopped multiple times from this store, they always have good deals & variety of shoes to grab from. I’ve been served by Callum on multiple occasions, he is very patient & helpful big shoutout to him!

I recently went into office Basingstoke and I was helped by such a polite positive young lady called Ella. Helped me and pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for. Such a friendly person Keep up the good work young lady. I tried to leave a review via your website but I was told that I needed to scan the qr code in the shop perhaps make it easier via e receipt.

Went into Basingstoke office with my son to be ignored by 3 members of staff chatting at the till. We’re in there for around 15 minutes with no acknowledgment from staff. Got fed up with looking couldn’t be bothered to ask for help as it is their job at the end of the day. Went across the mall to Schuh and got just what I wanted with help and friendly staff. Thanks Schuh

Went in to the Basingstoke store on 28/03/25. Possibly the worst shopping experience I’ve had in a while. 3 staff were standing around chatting and I was the only customer in the shop. None of them came up to assist (as you’d expect after 5 mins or so in a shoe shop) and when I went over to ask to try on a size the looked annoyed I’d asked them, and then smirked/laughed at the size I’d asked for (I’m a 20 year old woman with size 8 feet)... they literally said “I don’t think we’d have them THAT BIG”. Honestly I couldn’t believe how rude they were. I hope the store reconsider who they’re hiring! After that I had no intention to spend my money in the store.

Visited this branch on 8th July 2024 and although the young lady who served me was honestly amazing, unfortunately, I can't say the same for the other 3 members of staff, especially this one in the photo. I entered the store, wanting to try on a particular pair of sandles to buy, when I entered there were 3 members of staff gossiping at the front desk where customers would pay for their item, I wasn't greeted or anything to say if I need anything don't hesitate to ask…so already I felt very awkward when I got into the store, because I actually did have a question about whether the item I was looking for was available (as I did not see it on the shelf where the Birkinstokes were) but as they were obviously talking about something so important, I didn't want to intrude.. a nice young lady then came out to assist me. I showed her on my phone a picture of the shoes I was after & asked if she had them In a size 4.5, she said Birkinstokes don't come in half , so i said, could I have them in an 4 then please… it was at this moment this male member of staff in the photo decided to speak about me behind my back (not even realising I could hear him) to the other 2 colleagues that were initially waiting at the front desk at the start... He said something like ‘ i will never understand people that come in, ask for a size & when we don't have it, go for a size below’ … I then interfered, since he was talking about me & said for your information the reason why I asked for a size below, is because I have Birkinstokes already in a size 5 & want to see what the size will be like in a 4, so that I know what I am ordering online, as you guys don't have the colour I want in store... he didn't apologize or anything, just stood in the same place gossiping probably about someone else. If the young boy is reading this, I think this is very good lesson for you.. to stay out of other peoples conversation that doesn't concern you, because you and the other 2 members did not assist me when i come in, so why you are listening to my conversation with another member of staff is beyond me!. You are very, very lucky you caught me on a good day, because I would have most definitely told you all of this whilst in store, it's only because their were other customers coming into the store at the time of the incident that I didn't cause a scene & make you look like a right idiot, because in fact the size 4 actually did fit me better than my 5 that I have at home. For future reference, next time you might want to think about going up the customer, instead of speaking about them behind their back & give your advice on what size you think the customer should go for (based on the brand /shoe) as this is ultimately your job (a retail sales assistant).

The store itself is ok, but the shoes I bought there had a very poor quality. After just 2 month the seams started to dissolve and soon after I had to replace them because the zipper didn‘t close anymore. If I buy boots for just £70 I am happy to replace them after one season, but that I had to buy a secomd pair for the same winter is not ok in my opinion, so I will nit buy there again.

Office in Festival Place is a fairly small shop that seems to cater for Women more than Men. I visited Office for a pair of Nike trainers but couldn't find much in the way of choice. Not really a large Men's section of shoes or trainers. The ones that were available were priced in line with other shops. So priced fairly. Enough staff there to hand. Shop well laid out and very tidy. probably wouldn't go there again personally.

Excellent service here from Jess. Great place to buy Vans. I had a few issues with some shoes purchased from Office (manufacturing issues) and Jess couldn't have been more helpful in sorting these out. Excellent shop, excellent staff. Purchase here with confidence! Well recommended.

Would have given it two and a half. Young shop assistant looked like she didn't want to be there, I know we all have off day's but if your working in a front face customer service roll at least make an effort. Other than that the other staff member were helpful.

On trend Trainer/Shoes store, have always been asked if I was okay and needed help every time I go in. Have varied brands including Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Vans and Converse. They not only stock Trainers but they do dress shoes as well as Dr. Martens. For women’s there is a varied selection of Trainers and Shoes. Prices are very slightly higher than where you may find them elsewhere however elsewhere you may have to wait for them to come in where it’s simply a in and out here.
