   Looking at the previous reviews perhaps it was an off-hand experience just for me. But I’ve been to a birmingham branch and felt the same as previous reviews (amazing quality service) However when I went on Christmas Eve, I wasn’t welcomed or approached for service strangely. Did get the help I needed when asking for shoes though but not in stock due to timing.

   My 6 year old wanted high top converse white trainers so we went to town. We found them in here and my daughter asked the lady for her size and she did it all by herself and paid the lady who helped was so kind and really gave my 6 year old daughter a confidence boost so thankyou.
