   Who on earth is this New Manager. She is terrible and had no focus on customer care. First run in was trying to get new school shoes. My daughter is 11 and this manager bought out unicorn shoes. My daughters face !! Honestly. Listen to your customers requirements. Anyway after being told we can’t get what we want I ordered on line. Lot easier and collect from Fleet store. 4 weeks in and the shoes have failed poorly. Tried to exchange today to be told NO. its because my daughter has used whilst scooting. I can tell you now at that cost she has not. I have always bought my 2 kids shoes through Clark’s but the way the Fleet branch has treated us since the new manager came on board no more!!! I will source elsewhere One very upset cost of living trusted Clark’s once upon a time parent. Terrible attitude If that is your customer service simple shut the store. We can order on line and return if they don’t fit return and go again.If you can’t look after loyal customer base you don’t deserve to have a high street store. I will be sharing my experience with Calthorpe park and EHPS parents.

   Shocking service at Clark’s fleet when trying to buy school shoes. Disinterested, didn’t listen, when my shy som said they felt too small, he said ‘well they aren’t small’. Said they didn’t have any other shoes in his size (a 2) and then when we said well we will have to go elsewhere then, suddenly he had more in his size. When my son said they hurt the back of his feet, the man said ‘well why didn’t you just say that to me then?!’. Very rude, left and went elsewhere.

   I had to return a pair of boots bought on line and decided to take them to Clark's in Fleet. Rachel took on board my issues with the fit of the boots. She suggested styles and measured my feet. Rachel was so professional and helpful and I really appreciate the care she took. Replacement boots bought!

   The best shop to buy your children's footwear. Manager is magnificent with old fashioned values when it comes to customer service and fitting. He takes the time and cares about each little foot that enters the shop!
