Fantastic service by the loveliest staff ever ! Bought shoes here last year. Loved the service. Went back. The ladies here (Lanie and Karen, today) were spot on. No hard sales, relaxed but real friendly approach. From the moment I walked in. I was welcomed and left to it until I needed it. When I made my purchases they were awesome. Got me the correct leather protection and left me with confidence ! I even asked to leave my shoes with them for an hour while I got my eyes seen to and had a quick pint. When I went back to collect I was greeted with a warm smile and super friendly conversation imbedding this place firmly into the local community. They do so much for the younger folk it’s great. Love this place, love the quality and above all, the service !!!!

Leather on my shoes pilled of after one month. Manager was trying to explaining me that it was okay for their shoes. She told me that it’s not faulty item. I’ve went to Camberley Clarks and they returned my money back straight. I think that it’s bad practice for business, better to admit that shoes are faulty. That’s the way you don’t loose customers.

Viisited with my sister and nephew (2 years old) to exchange a pair of Wellington boots my nephew received as a gift, unfortunately a couple of sizes too small and with no receipt. The staff were extremely helpful and after checking with the store manager we were offered an exchange. They measured his feet but didn't have the same style in his size on the shop floor... Luckily the assistant went to check in the stockroom and found his size! He loved them and didn't want to take them off so wore them home, and remain his favourite footwear! Thanks to the lovely staff for all their help!
