Quality of shoes has gone down a lot. It used to be great but now overpriced , the materials are rubbish and wear off very easily. The skin starts to peel off . I gave them a chance again and got a Not even 4 weeks and already its falling apartnew pair .
Good service and excellent range of trainers including sketchers at good prices. Some sizes in slippers found very small. Helpful staff and under cover in the precinct.

Wide selection of shoes at good prices. You choose the look, you find the shoes, you try them in and you assess the fit. Assistants present but not to advise on fit. I politely asked for a size not on the shelves and was curtly told "everything is out, have a look". The till staff were very pleasant and smiley, but not so much on the floor.
