What a brilliant place! We came to Shuzu for our daughters first school shoes after being recommended by friends. Caitlin who served us was fantastic, and I felt so confident in her knowledge and skills. The staff here are highly trained and passionate about what they do - it made an otherwise stressful experience a total breeze. Will definitely be using again!
Had a great experience buying school shoes for my child who is just starting school. The fitter Caitlin was brilliant with him and tried several pairs of shoes to ensure we got a pair with a good fit. She was very patient and encouraging with him and we didn’t feel rushed. He loved the first school shoes experience with certificate and photo and he is so proud of his new shoes. The shoes themselves seem well made and practical. We also picked up some shoe labels which work perfectly so that the shoes don’t get lost or swapped with other children. Great service as always.
I took my daughter to Shuzu to purchase her first pair of school shoes. Even though I did not book an appointment before hand and the shop was very busy, I was seen straight away. Caitlin attended to us and was very knowledgeable and experienced. I also had my two other children with me, a crawling baby and an older child and Caitlin was very patient and made me feel at ease, especially as my daughter was very excitable and wouldn’t always sit still! I was very impressed with the quality of the shoes and my daughter said they were very comfortable with a huge smile on her face. Caitlin made the experience stress free and easy. I feel Shuzu offer a more personal experience, all the staff were friendly and very attentive. My children especially loved drawing on the chalk board which I thought was such a good idea to keep them entertained! I would highly recommend buying children’s shoes from Shuzu and I’ve already told lots of friends about the shop and my experience.
Brilliant experience getting George’s first pair of school shoes! I pre booked an appointment and we were seen straight away. Caitlin took good care of George making sure the shoes fitted him perfectly. George also got a certificate, a photo and a water bottle which made it even more special for him!
Great seriously knowledgeable service These staff know what they’re doing and know their products. As I get older my feet are more temperamental. Their fitting service and know how put all this together with time and patience for me and I’m sure all their customers. Meaning I now have the most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve ever worn.
The staff are very friendly and patient. There is always a good choice of shoes for my children to choose from. The shoes we have bought from ShuZu are excellent quality and have always lasted a long time eg school shoes have lasted a whole school year. The ShuZu loyalty scheme definitely helps soften the blow a little as the shoes can be quite pricey!

Nadia was a great help. We ordered some shoes and when to collect to find they didn't fit and she remeasured my son and found him another pair. Sue listened to what my son said about the shoes to make sure they were comfortable. We picked and pair and then my little one got a certificate (1st school shoes year r) which he was super happy about. Will be going back each year
I cannot say how amazing this place is. We hadn't booked an appointment but they still found time to help us. Not only that but Nadia pointed out my son had an issue with falling arches and advised we see a gp for referal for insoles! We have been going to Clark's for years and litrally noone else had notice he knees practically point at each other ( and much to my embarrasment neither had I). I am so thankful to the lovely Nadia. A shoe fitting that has hopefully sorted out some painful knees my son had been dealing with for years!
