   I bought a nice sunglass today however after coming home I realised it is slight cracked at the front. I already took my tag off and didn't get a receipt. I would urge to have a good look at it before buying it. Bit disappointed.

   Went into Farnborough branch today. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, went above and beyond to try and find a different size skirt for me, staff member Chloe even called a different store to check, really appreciate the customer service, made the experience so much more enjoyable. Thank you Chloe!

   Would never visit this store ever again. The guy, Rob, who was supposed to be the manager/supervisor was for sure the worst customer service person I have ever met in my life. He was rude, condescending and possibly even a bit racist!! I used to like New Look for its variety and affordability but if I can’t visit my closest store, I might as well skip the brand. As someone else said, the brand should really make sure they are hiring the right people - you don’t follow a brand for just their product.

   Rude and abusive staff. When we tried to use our credit note and missing one of the three paper slip, staff at till rudely declined credit. This our 2nd such experience with this store. Horrible staff at this store, never going to return to this store.

   After raising the fact that I wasn’t told that sale items would only be refunded as a credit note to head office and was given a reference no. and a clear message directing me to go into the store for a complete refund, I was met with a total lack of interest, rudeness and abuse. I visited the store 3 times on the same day just to get a refund that had been authorised by customer service or head office. First visit I was told the manager (Becca) was on her break and asked to return in 10minutes. I returned 20mins later to be then made to wait over 10mins because the manager was supposedly on the phone to head office about my refund and so I left my no. with an assistant for the manager to ring me with an answer. I returned the 3rd time only to finally meet the lady that claimed to be the manager (Becca) standing in front of the till chatting to her colleagues. I asked her why she hadn’t called me to which she replied, she was never going to call me. I was thrown back by that comment because you would expect any manager with good customer service skills in that situation to call a customer after they have tried to contact you on more than one occasion. To my complete surprise she followed through by telling me she would not refund my money and to go back to customer service or head office and leave her store. As I proceeded to walk out whilst expressing how unprofessional she was, she proceeded to swear at me as she followed me on my way out. I stopped and asked her why she swore at me because at no point had I sworn at her or any other member of staff. I will not be returning to this store and I would urge anyone else to avoid this particular store and visit the Aldershot branch instead because they have been excellent with regards to helping me through this nightmare ordeal.

   Though I personally do find a lot of their clothes a bit too limited and niche, it is one of the few places where my wife, who is short and slim, can find petite clothing that is actually petite. A lot of places have petite sections but then don't even offer the smallest sizes or the sleeve and leg lengths are way too long. So on that alone New Look is a great place to shop, especially for women. To boot the place was also absolutely neat and clean.

   The best new look in the area by far. Great staff, very helpful and plenty to chose from. I was served by a fantastic lady. Charlotte was very attentive and polite. I left feeling amazing rather than majority of shops feeling drained.
