Alex was friendly, approachable, and highly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issues with my bike, explained everything clearly, and gave honest advice about what needed to be done. The service was carried out efficiently and to a really high standard, my bike now rides smoother. I’d highly recommend Decathlon for anyone needing bike repairs or servicing.”

“We first frequented this store on New Year’s Day (‘24) after visiting many other sofa stores. We dealt with Darren who was very good. He knows his stuff, listens to what you want as a customer and helpfully suggests styles, features, colours and materials without being pushy. We found our perfect sofa but couldn’t make a firm decision on colour, so we left but ordered some samples on-line which once they arrived a few days later really helped make our choice for us. We have since returned to the branch to order the sofa through Darren - Only fair as he spent the time with us advising/selling a couple of weeks back. I should say that out of all the sofa/furniture stores at this retail park Furniture Village impressed us the most with the presentation in general, cleanliness, easy-going salesman etc.”

“Grant Lun from Benchmarx in Farnborough was excellent through the design, purchase and construction phases of our new kitchen. We had several designers visit us but Grant was the only one to come up with a complete redesign and not just follow the original layout. On visiting him a few days after his visit to our home, Grant was able to show us complete drawings and pictures of what the new layout would look like. We requested a few minor changes and these were incorporated into the plans without any fuss, giving us a feeling that nothing was too much trouble. Our new Benchmarx kitchen was coming with several new appliances and I checked the quoted prices for these and found the Benchmarx prices to be lower than elsewhere. We used Grant’s recommended installer and found that he lived up to his reputation – everything was completed to the highest standard. During the course of the installation, Grant made several site visits to ensure everything was going smoothly and we were happy with the result”

“I came in to store on Friday 30th June for some advise regarding flea treatments for 4 cats - the lady that helped me was absolutely amazing and right on point with everything she told me to do. i picked up a ticket off the shelves and was told frontline is better so i purchased it instead - within 5 days all fleas are eradicated so thank you so much!! i even walked out with the £25 hooded cat litter tray and what a change that has made to my home already! Your staff are amazing in Farnborough and deserve a little treat from head office. “Quick and really easy to book online for my MOT with a discount for signing up for their motoring club. Dropped off the keys, they said come back in an hour so I went to the Dunelm opposite to have breakfast in the café and a mooch around while I waited. Car was ready to go with no issues an hour later. I like that they give you a time frame and everybody I (briefly) encountered seemed very friendly. I will come back next year.”

Our sofa arrived today, a bit longer than stated, but the drama in the Suez Canal slowed down shipping containers coming to Europe. Fabb staff kept us updated. The delivery drivers were excellent, friendly, helpful, polite and very efficient and neat. They built everything and took away all packaging, leaving us with our eagerly awaited sofa.
