Lovely experience at the Farnborough store today. We were served by a young man named Maliki very helpful and solved our problems and sorted out a great deal for us and we were able to purchase both the bed frames we went to look at with ease. A bit disappointed at the delivery date but that can’t be helped due to the busy time of year.
Had a great experience today, Malachi greeted us kindly when we entered and offered and explained the sleep match service to us. He was great at showing us our different options of mattresses based on our preferences and budget. Also enjoyed a nice hot drink at the time. Would 100% reccomend!
Brilliant experience at Dreams, Farnborough Gate today. Excellent customer service provided by Doug, who was very patient with us whilst we asked lots of questions and tried different mattresses! Would definitely recommend the store. Looking forward to the new bed arriving in 2 weeks time!
Just bought a mattress from Dreams and cannot comment on the mattress itself as still waiting for the delivery but I would like to praise Glen who assisted us in the shop. Went to the shop just to browse for new mattress and left with brand new one! Very helpful and friendly staff. It's great that you can try so many different types in one store and with their special machine that calculate your needs it's even easier to pick one! Very happy with our experience and purchase.
If you want to go into a store to be hounded to buy a bed then do. I mentioned to the lady we would like to look around first. She replied oh we get commission so better to buy in store than online. I found her quite rude after we said we would rather see a bed in store that we saw online.
Very impressed with this store and its people who were helpful and knowledgable. They did not try the hard sell so we made a purchase there and then on the day, Geraldine-Ann was great at assisting us.
