   Chatted with Derek about a dining set that was on clearance. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Wasnt 'pushy' as can often be the case in similar establishments! We then returned the following day and spoke to Cris who was just as helpful and processed the transaction for us. We even added a sideboard to the order! Cris also kindly arranged for the table top to be bubble wrapped to ensure safe transportation when we collected it! 10/10 for customer service!

   We had a fantastic experience today thanks to Christopher at the Farnborough branch. He was incredibly helpful, and although we hadn’t planned on it, we ended up buying a small sofa that’s going to look perfect in the kitchen - ideal for our teens to relax on! Thank you, Christopher, for your patience and great advice. We’ll definitely be back soon to choose another sofa for the space we originally came in for. Sorry we went a bit “sofa blind” - you were absolutely brilliant!

   We first frequented this store on New Year’s Day (‘24) after visiting many other sofa stores. We dealt with Darren who was very good. He knows his stuff, listens to what you want as a customer and helpfully suggests styles, features, colours and materials without being pushy. We found our perfect sofa but couldn’t make a firm decision on colour, so we left but ordered some samples on-line which once they arrived a few days later really helped make our choice for us. We have since returned to the branch to order the sofa through Darren - Only fair as he spent the time with us advising/selling a couple of weeks back. I should say that out of all the sofa/furniture stores at this retail park Furniture Village impressed us the most with the presentation in general, cleanliness, easy-going salesman etc.

   Chris was brilliant with us. We told him exactly what we wanted and he took us to the perfect sofa. He was so helpful and really knew his stuff, he was just so helpful that we tried coming back in on a day he was there! Derek was also fantastic with us when we came back to officially buy the sofa. He was helpful when we had to change colours and answered all our questions. 10/10 service from both gents. Will absolutely come back again.

   We would like to say a big thank you to Alex. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable helping us to choose a new mattress. I have arthritis so choosing the right one is very important. He was very patient and spent a lot of time making sure we chose the one that was right for us. Customer service skills these days seem very poor. A lot of sales people could learn so much from him.
