   Always enjoy a visit to this screwfix. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Particularly, when you are not sure on what the product/part looks like in person, it's not too much for them to get the item from stock and place on the counter for you to have a look at it prior to purchase. Branch wise, I think they are bigger than some of their other ones, and so they have more stock availability and variety. Which is not always the case with the others.

   The members of staff are helpful. There was a slight queue, but we did not have to wait for too long. I noticed that there was a charity box for "The Screwfix Foundation." According to the information which was on the tin, the Foundation is devoted to "fixing homes & community facilities for those in need." I did not know that they did this and it would be lovely if this could be explained more near the tills. I took a photograph of it. The level of customer service was impressive.

   Good branch, helpful staff. It was handy that I could get woodworm killer when Wickes Farnborough were unable to supply me. I checked the stock on-line while parked in Wickes car park, found what I needed and popped across the road to Screwfix to pick it up.
