   A mixed review! The products I can’t fault at all. They are Well made and reasonably priced. My issue is the customer service and lack of help. I ordered 3 panels and they were wrong, which was my fault. I rang and explained my issue and said I would be ordering 12 panels to do my whole garden so I could I swap them. I was told I would have to pay 20% re-stocking fee on top of the £40 delivery charges regardless of order price. Online ordering is also difficult. Good products poor service.

   Products are Good, some more expensive than others , some less so.. but generally a bad attitude to deal with.. I try to support local businesses generally, but won’t use them again, they really didn’t value my trade..

   Very well stocked, self service fencing centre with good prices. I bought from them a few years ago, and I always come back if I need anything fencing or landscaping related, as their goods quality is excellent, especially so when compared to their prices. They also do deliveries to the surrounding areas.

   Some concrete posts came with hairline cracks, refused to help as it was a couple of days over their 14 day return policy. Said they don't send out cracked posts but I went up there and found several on the pile in their yard. Customer service is appalling so please check the posts and other concrete products from NDP. Refuse them before you sign for a delivery, or if you collect make sure you inspect carefully.

   Good quality for the price, but customer service i had experienced is terrible been there twice in one day ,asking the guy some information and buying stuff , he been not helpful at all and so rud, at the end he been blocked my car with the fork lift and after i have asked him if he can move it so i can go , he said to revers all the way and go on the main road reversing .... just no words , probably this happn because my english is not fluent , but anyway. good luck to anyone!! Not recomanding this place !

   Fantastic Service No more struggling to purchase fencing bits from Local Hardware stores and trying to strap them to my car. I needed to preplace the panels in a section of my fence and found their website online. I was a bit nervous to buy online as I couldn't see the quality but in the end decided to give it a go. I called in the morning to place an order and everything was delivered the following day. The panels look to be a decent quality too, probably better than I have seen in a garden centre or hardware store and the price was very competitive too. Driver was really friendly and helped me carry them to where I wanted them stored.. Another happy customer. I

   Great quality at a great price, I’m seriously impressed with how well made everything is and seen much worse cost much more from other local suppliers. Service was excellent even with Covid-19 ongoing, helpful and knowledgeable staff in the phone and speedy delivery, delivery driver was also very friendly and offloaded everything and left neat and tidy. Thank you so much
