   Outstanding customer service! I flooded the engine with the wrong mixture of fuel in my chainsaw that I bought in this shop a few months back. The customer service I received was exceptional the guys were very helpful and friendly they sorted all my issues and showed me how to use it and prevent me from flooding it again. You don’t get this kind of service in Screwfix or B&Q ! These guys are so knowledgeable with all there products and I can’t thank them enough.

   ignore halfords, homebase, all the big internet chains, these guys know what they're talking about. I came in to get a specific drill bit to drill out an M8 stud, they were friendly enough to talk about why i was in, then actually recommended one even more appropriately sized and knew exactly why it was that size and what it was for. In the modern world of internet sites, and big chain stores, this kind of expertise, customer service, and stock on the shelf is actually very rare. They got me out of a fix. Apart from that it's an aladdins cave, and anyone who fixes their own car, could easily spend thousands in there.
