“Tom and the team give fantastic customer service and are very quick to find what you need. This store in particular stocks the majority of the catalogue and always has alternatives available. Has car parking for a few cars but tend to park in the empty unit next door. Always helpful and make buying bits and bobs that much easier. With larger items they help take it to your car aswell.”

“This is by far my go to tooling/materials store. Forget Screwfix!!! I have been working on house projects for years. Living close to this store has been a godsend. The team here are fantastic;always willing to help and are on the ball. One that stands out is a guy called Dan. He consistently demonstrates excellent customer service. His positive attitude and willingness to help you goes hell of a long way. He knows what you need and where to find it. Other stores could learn from his great work ethic. “Went in a couple of weeks ago looking for a specific gift for my daughter. They didn't have it in stock and there was none left online either. Probably because it was considerably cheaper than some other retailers who had stock. A branch in Kent was showing some stock so the manager took my details and liaised with the store in Kent to get the product transferred across. Just been in to collect it, will have a very happy you lady on the 25th. Great customer service, many thanks!”

You're spending a lot of money, often sight unseen and place a lot of trust in a company you've never dealt with to deliver what you've paid for. After much research I sourced my kitchen doors, panels and plinths from DIY Homefit for their range, prices and service. Delivery came within 7 days (a week earlier than expected) but the 12 boxes arrived in poor condition, having taken a battering in transit. The courier was friendly and helped carry everything up two flights of stairs. Thankfully only two doors were damaged. I sent photos on the day and replacements were dispatched a week later with no fuss. Finished kitchen looks fab. Good communication from DIY/Wendy from quote through to completion - including prompting me to leave a review. Would use this company again.”
