I just want to apologise to the male member of staff that I asked to show me some skirting, it was clearly too hard work for him and instead he refered me to look at the catalogues!! I came into the store to see the product and look at the differences, i know i can look online or the catalogues. When i returned having looked at the catalogues 5 mintues later he goes "oh you're back again". Just a poor attitude and service. So i went to Howdens in Fleet and the staff there were spot on and provided 5*service.
Get your kitchen here now!! Shaun looked after us and designed the perfect kitchen at a reasonable price. Step one, find a builder, carpenter, fitter who has an account with Howdens. You and they agree to using that account and order. It's that simple!

Horrendous experience from start to whenever my job is finished. Bought my doors 22nd December and even on the day of buying when I queried the no of doors! I was told by Howdens that my carpenter was ok. I now have an extra door worth £250 wasted. A carpenter who won’t come back to complete my job. The unfinished doors I have are being ruined. The interesting thing why I am making this review is when I insisted that there were too many doors I was made feel like a fool by both Carpenter and Howdens.
